1. Introduction
Welcome to TracksAllSet.com ("TracksAllSet"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Registration and Account
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Services
TracksAllSet offers personalized guidance, habit tracking tools, coaching sessions and routine planning assistance designed to help you establish and maintain healthy practices.
4. Info Products
Info products include digital downloads such as e-guides, printable trackers and video courses. All such materials are licensed to you for personal use and delivered via a download link or streaming platform.
5. Physical Goods
Physical goods include journals, stickers and other tangible habit tracking items shipped to your provided address.
6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Services
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for refund due to reserved scheduling and team preparation.
- Clients may request a one-time reschedule up to 12 hours before the session by using our contact form. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
6.2 Info Products
- All sales are final once the download link is accessed or delivered, due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content.
- No refunds are offered for info products after the download or access URL is provided.
6.3 Physical Goods
- Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any store credit issued.
- Damaged items caused by improper handling are not eligible for return. Please contact our support team before returning any items to ensure proper procedures.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on TracksAllSet.com. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
